Exit the airport from the UPPER level (2nd Floor - DEPARTURES ) using escalators/stairs located inside Arrivals section. Designated meeting point – ‘ENTERPRISE|ALAMO|NATIONAL’ is on the far left end of the public drop off lane. Shuttle bus service runs every 15 min. Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Travel is not permitted outside of Cyprus.
Insurance does not cover damages that occur off road, driving with negligence, parking lots, or driving to the North of Cyprus as it is not under the control of the republic of Cyprus. Alamo (Autodirect Car Rentals Ltd. / Lakis Rent A Car Ltd) is also unable to provide any Roadside Assistance in the North of Cyprus in the case of breakdown, theft or accident. Driving to the north part of Cyprus is done entirely at the renters own risk. Alamo (Autodirect car rentals Ltd / Lakis Rent A Car Ltd) has the right to claim from the renter the full amount to cover damages caused to the rental vehicle when driven in the north part of Cyprus.
